Gemma Baxter, an Online Business Manager, works with a number of clients but her work with Cydelle centres on the operational and day-to-day functions of VA Agency, Onit! Communications. Louise Sam is a Wellbeing centred Virtual Assistant and shares her client-facing Associate VA insights including how her experience in wellness helps her support her clients better and how being a VA helped her to become location independent.
